中文N(+助词)しか…ない 只，只有；

（１）朝あさはコーヒーしか飲のまない。中早上只喝咖啡；ENI don’t drink anything but coffee in the morning.（２）1時間じ かんしか待まてません。中只能等1个小时；ENI can only wait for an hour.（３）月曜げつ ようしか空あいている日ひはないんで、打うち合あわせはその日ひにしてもらえませんか。中我只有星期一有空,所以咱们碰头的时间能不能定在这一天啊?ENSince Monday is the only day I have open, could you schedule the meeting on that day?（４）こんなことは友ともだちにしか話はなせません。中这种事情只能对朋友说；ENI can talk about this kind of thing only to my friends.（５）この映画えい がは 18 歳さいからしか見みることはできない。中这部电影,只有18岁以上的成人才能看；ENThis movie is restricted to persons eighteen years and over.（６）あそこの店みせは6時じまでしかやっていない。中那家商店只营业到6点；ENThe shop over there is only open until six o’clock.（７）かれは自然し ぜんのものだけしか食たべない。中他只吃自然生长的食品；ENHe eats nothing but organic food.（８）今月こん げつはもうこれだけしかない。中这个月就只有这一点了；ENThis is all we have left this month.

否定ひてい表現ひょうげんと共ともに使つかい、ひとつの事ことだけを取とりあげて、他たを排除はいじょするのに用もちいる。（７）（８）のように「だけ」と共ともに使つかい、意味いみをいっそう強調きょうちょうすることもある。

与否定表达方式一起使用,用以提示一件事物而排斥其他事物；

如例(7)，(8)所示,与だけ同时使用时,语气显得更强；

Used with a negative expression. Indicates focus on one thing only, at the exclusion of all else.

The meaning of しか...ない can be further intensified by combining it with だけ (only, just), as in (7) and (8).

ｂＮでしかない

中文しか…ない Nでしかない 不过是，只不过是；

（１）どんなに社会的しゃ かい てきな地位ち いのある人ひとでも死しぬときはひとりの人間にん げんでしかない。中无论社会地位多高的人,到死的时候也只不过就是一个普通的人；ENNo matter how much social status a person has, when he dies, he’s just a single human being.（２）彼女かの じょは学長がく ちょうにまでなったが、親おやの目めから見みるといつまでも子こどもでしかないようだ。中别看他都当了大学校长,在父母的眼里,到任何时候都只不过是一个孩子；ENShe rose all the way to president of the college, but it seems that in her parents’ eyes she’ll always be nothing more than a child.（３）会社かい しゃでいばってはいるが、家いえでは子こどもに相手あい てにされないさびしい父親ちち おやでしかない。中别看在公司挺威风,可回到家里,连孩子都不愿意理他,不过是一个非常寂寞的父亲而已；ENAt work he can throw his weight around, but at home he’s just a lonely father whose children ignore him.（４）時間じ かんがなくて出来で きないと言いっているが、そんなのは口実こう じつでしかない。ほんとうはやりたくないのだろう。中说是没有时间做不了,这只不过是一个借口,其实他是不想干吧；ENEven though he says he can’t do it because there’s no time, that’s nothing but an excuse. The truth is he doesn’t want to do it.

「Ｎだ」ということを強調きょうちょうする言いい方かただが、Ｎにくるものをあまり評価ひょうかしない、価値かちがそれだけに限かぎられるという意味いみで使つかうことが多おおい。「にすぎない」に言いいかえられる。

是Nだ的强调形式,N所表示的事物多是不值得评价或评价并不高的事物；可与にすぎない(不过是)替换；

Used to emphasize that something “is N,” but often conveys the meaning that N is not evaluated very highly or has limited value. Can be replaced by にすぎない (be nothing but..., be no more than...).

ｃＶ－るしかない

中文しか…ない V-るしかない 只有，只好；

（１）高たかすぎて買かえないから、借かりるしかないでしょう。中太贵了,买不起,所以只有租了；ENSince it’s too expensive to buy, we don’t have any other choice but to rent it, do we?（２）そんなに学校がっ こうがいやならやめるしかない。中如果你那么不喜欢上学,那就只好退学了；ENIf you hate school that much, all you can do is quit.（３）燃料ねん りょうがなくなったら、飛行機ひ こう きは落おちるしかない。中燃料烧完以后,飞机只有坠毁；ENIf the fuel runs out, the plane can only go down.（４）ここまで来くればもう頑張がん ばってやるしかほかに方法ほう ほうはありませんね。中已经到了这一地步,就只有硬着头皮干,别无选择；ENSince we’ve come this far, there’s nothing else to do but give it our best, is there.

「そうするだけだ」という意味いみで、他たに方法ほうほうがない、他たの可能かのう性せいがないから仕方しかたがないという文脈ぶんみゃくで使つかわれることが多おおい。

表示只有这样做的意思,多用于别无选择,或没有其他可能性的语境；

Means “can only do....” Often used in contexts where there is no other available method or possibility, and thus no other choice.

２…としか…ない

中文只能，一定是，准是；

（１）今いまはただ悪わるかったとしか言いえない。中现在我只能对您说一声对不起；ENAll I can say now is that I’m sorry.（２）今いまの時点じ てんではわからないとしか申もうし上あげようがありません。中到现在我只能告诉您,还不清楚；ENThe only thing I can say at this point is that we don’t know.（３）彼かれの立場たち ばなら知しっているはずだ。隠かくしているとしか思おもえない。中处于他那种地位是应该知道这件事的,我想他一定是在隐瞒；ENGiven his position, he should know. I can’t help but think that he’s hiding something.（４）風邪か ぜで行いけないというのは口実こう じつとしか思おもえない。中我总觉得他说感冒了不能去不过是一个借口；ENIt seems to me that her saying she can’t go because of a cold is only an excuse.（５）この時刻じ こくになっても連絡れん らくがないのはおかしい。どこかで事故じ こにあったとしか考かんがえられない。中到现在还没有联系就奇怪了；我看准是在什么地方出事了；ENIt’s strange that we haven’t heard anything by this time. I can only think that there’s been an accident somewhere.

他たの可能かのう性せいを否定ひていして、それだけだと強つよく主張しゅちょうするのに用もちいる。「言いえない」「思おもえない」などの可能かのうを表あらわす「Ｖ－れる」の否定ひてい形がたと共ともに使つかう。また（２）の「申もうし上あげようがない」のように「Ｖ－ようがない」という形かたちも使つかわれる。

用于否定其他可能性,唯独强调这一点；与言えない(不能说)，思えない(不能认为)等表示可能性的V-れる动词的否定形一起使用；另如例(2)的申し上げようがない(无法告诉)所示,也可以使用V-ようがない的形式；

Used to refute other possibilities and insist strongly on just one. Used with the negative form of V-れる potential forms, such as 言えない and 思えない. The form V-ようがない, as in (2) 申し上げようがない (nothing to say) is also used.
