用于与从前边句子的内容,自然而然所预想和期待的情况相反,即后续内容与前边不一致的场合;另外如例(3),(4)所示,用于两个事态处于对比关系的情况;如例(5),(6)用于会话时,用于把虽然你那么想,可是事实与此截然不同的话传给听话人的情况;也就是表示对方的期待和预想与现实不一致;不论哪种情况,后续句子都是表示既定的事实;如果是没有决定事实性的意志,希望,命令,推量等表达方式,则不能用这个句型;如下例就是因此而产生的错误;
Used to connect two sentences when the content of the second sentence contradicts or clashes with what is naturally anticipated or expected from the first sentence. Also used when there is a relationship of contrast between two situations, as in (3) and (4). In conversations like (5) and (6), it is used to tell the addressee something like, “That’s what you may think, but the reality is different.” In other words, this usage signals a discrepancy between the other person’s expectations and reality.
In all cases, the sentence after ところが contains an expression that indicates an established fact. Non-factual expressions, including expressions of intention, desire, command, or conjecture, cannot be used. Note the examples of incorrect usage given below.
用于表示发生了从前述的状况和趋势难以预想的情况和新变化时,并且说话人对此感到非常意外;后续句子内容是说话人第一次发现的新信息,即与从前述情况自然预想到的事情具有不一致的内容;
Used when the speaker is surprised by a new turn of events, or an event that was hard to anticipate from the situation or course of events described in the previous sentence. The sentence after ところが is information newly-discovered by the speaker that contradicts what would naturally be anticipated from the situation described in the previous sentence.
ところが的这种用法与しかし、けれども、だが等是不能替换的,即便能替换也是表达其他意义;
This usage of ところが does not usually allow for substitution with expressions like しかし, けれども, or だが, and when substitution is possible, the meaning of the sentence changes.
